AC problems not noticed in Inspection

I sold a property to a couple in 2007 and the inspection report did not indicate anything out of the norm. 5 months after the closing the couple called me complaining that their AC unit was flooding their AC closet and the HVAC tech that was there was telling them that the overflow pipes were not installed correctly. I have dealt with some good inspectors and some that must have taken an online course and had no clue what they were doing. A good inspector is worth the money.

new users of AC all time fall some problems.Many of them don't know how AC works.Because of their ignorance.If you clean your AC output regularly & apply a moderate temperature it will be long lasting.

i dont think its your inspectors fault.I think the new users have done unknownly some thing which have caused this damage.

I am agree with Mr. Sharon.You have inspected it previously throughly as you ahve said so if there is now any fault in the AC than its obviously the new custoemrs fault.So you dont have to compensate the damage.
